- Lead immersive foresight workshops with executive teams to build adaptive organizational capabilities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and keynote presentations at Davos-level forums
- Design and validate predictive models using proprietary Horizon Analytics platform
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio focused on long-term value creation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
