- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present trend syntheses to executive teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms and their business implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-driven initiatives
