Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying emerging tech, regulatory shifts, and market disruptors
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Translate complex future trends into executable business strategies and roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP) preferred
