Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision support
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven future-planning impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
