As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to decode emerging trends, develop future-proof roadmaps, and launch groundbreaking initiatives that redefine industries. This position offers unparalleled exposure to cutting-edge research, AI-driven scenario planning, and global thought leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Author annual Future State Reports distributed to C-suite executives and board members
- Design and launch innovation accelerators for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Present at global forums like Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists and PhD researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience working with C-suite across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Published author in Future Journal or equivalent industry publication
