Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record translating foresight into revenue-generating initiatives
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi methods)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (preferred)
