Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and climate science domains
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Monitor global signals through proprietary foresight intelligence systems
- Author thought leadership publications on next-generation human-machine paradigms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Global network of innovation leaders and futurist communities
