Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future market landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational evolution metrics
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal impact vectors
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
