- Author whitepapers on emerging tech ethics and societal impact
- Partner with R&D to prioritize moonshot projects
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Represent company at Davos-style futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5-10 year horizons
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
