Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and academic partners
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, climate tech, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
