Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizon, identifying disruptive trends and opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future visions into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present future-facing insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future thinking across all departments
- Author thought leadership content on emerging technologies and their societal impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
