Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to construct 2026 strategic scenarios
- Develop predictive models for market disruptions in AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready organizational structures
- Author quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges (e.g., quantum-resistant security)
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of predicting industry shifts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Scenario Planning or Horizon Scanning methodologies
