- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for senior leadership on disruptive technologies
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings on AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Architect innovation pipelines aligning with 2030 societal megatrends
- Manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Present future-state roadmaps to investors and board members
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Experience with AI/ML trend modeling tools and data visualization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or Foresight Practitioner)
