Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future opportunities and mitigate risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations for stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
