Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Produce executive-ready strategic reports with risk/opportunity matrices
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Design and deploy AI-powered trend prediction systems using proprietary datasets
- Represent the company at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and research analysts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futures research
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodology
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python/R for trend modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
