Responsibilities

- Create strategic scenarios and roadmaps for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
