- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for technological adoption and market evolution
- Champion innovation workshops to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
- Partner with R&D to align emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
- Present future-oriented insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight maturity and impact
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational structures and talent strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools
