- Advise product development teams on next-generation innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven presentation abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic impact
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
