- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven trend projections
- Identify emerging technologies requiring R&D investment or partnership opportunities
- Design organizational adaptation roadmaps for 2026 workforce and operational models
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in peer-reviewed journals or industry reports
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
