- Develop quantitative frameworks to assess emerging risks and opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and boards with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications that position Horizon Dynamics as the future authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into billion-dollar business outcomes
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic frameworks
