Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' foresight reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligning emerging trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures-to-reality implementations
