Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration) and their commercial applications
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation culture by prototyping future-state business models and customer experiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging research
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts to identify competitive advantages and risks
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, space economy)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive storytelling abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies
