Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact uncertainty domains (AI ethics, climate adaptation, bioengineering)
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive stakeholders
- Produce trend-analysis whitepapers and predictive briefings for board-level decision-making
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines to prototype future-state solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems through quantitative and qualitative research
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic workshops with Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
