Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Produce strategic roadmaps with measurable milestones for emerging market entry
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Represent company vision at global forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or C-suite innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published portfolio of predictive models with >85% accuracy track record
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives in regulated industries
