Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum AI, biotech fusion, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author visionary whitepapers that influence industry standards
- Advocate ethical innovation principles in high-stakes decision making
- Mentor next-gen futurists in our Future Leadership Program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
