- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable strategy
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Experience with Delphi method and expert elicitation techniques
