Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies by 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops for global market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with strategic focus
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (white papers, journals)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
