Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 10-year strategic foresight framework identifying disruptive forces across tech, climate, and social domains
- Produce quarterly trend synthesis reports quantifying market impacts for 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with CxOs to build adaptive business strategies
- Author thought leadership content published in Harvard Business Review and similar forums
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio funding moonshot projects with 2026 commercialization targets
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary forecasting methodologies
- Represent Horizon at Davos, CES, and other forward-looking global forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 2026+ horizon planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published author on exponential technologies or societal transformation (peer-reviewed journals)
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech governance, or climate adaptation frameworks
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record advising boards on paradigm shifts affecting $500M+ revenue streams
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for emerging market trend analysis
