Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating futuristic concepts into viable business models
- Present technology impact assessments to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academic researchers, and venture partners
- Author annual 'Technology Horizons' report guiding company R&D priorities
- Oversee the development of ethical innovation guidelines for next-gen deployments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record predicting market shifts (portfolio of published forecasts/whitepapers)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or equivalent field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
