Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, metaverse) to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and tech pioneers to co-create next-generation innovations
- Design scalable frameworks for rapid technology adoption and organizational change management
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and societal shifts to anticipate their impact on technology strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technologies generating $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, decentralized systems, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data into actionable plans
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation strongly preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investment decisions at board level
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on technology trends and their business implications
