Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum AI integration and human augmentation technologies

- Architect ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces for neural-human interfaces
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology's societal impact and ethical alignment
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate tech disruption
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (IEEE, WEF standards)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Strong network in DARPA, NASA, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
