Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the long-term AI roadmap specifically aligned with the Horizon 2026 vision.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into core enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate technical roadmaps into business value.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model governance.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends, analyzing their potential impact on the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven experience leading high-performance teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLMs and fine-tuning models for enterprise use cases.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
