- Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe content into written text using industry-standard software.
- Format documents according to strict client guidelines and industry standards.
- Proofread and edit transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and overall flow.
- Manage multiple audio files and meet strict daily and weekly deadlines.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with the project management team regarding workflow and questions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of 60 WPM or higher.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
- Ability to use transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
