Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligning with global market trends

- Present future-vision insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive R&D investments in sustainable and ethical technology frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build future-thinking capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects with measurable impact
