Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate vision

- Develop future-proof business models and go-to-market strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate venturing
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling global innovation programs ($10M+ budgets)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio of 3+ successful innovation initiatives
