- Manage a $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/finance sectors
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital or corporate funding
