Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and conduct product training sessions via Zoom.
- Manage daily client communications via email, phone, and live chat.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to refine our service offerings.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for your assigned accounts.
- Assist in the development of customer success documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Resident of New York or willingness to work Eastern Time hours.
