- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Assist with new employee onboarding and equipment setup
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions to expand technical knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

- Proficient with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and remote desktop tools
