Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the 2026 business vision.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging agentic AI technologies, including multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitive threats in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Present complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI principles and responsible governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Technical Leadership.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, specifically Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategy to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and leading high-performing teams.
