Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, robust, and secure AGI frameworks designed for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the technical vision for self-improving machine learning models and neural architecture search.
- Define and enforce best practices for safety, ethics, and alignment in advanced AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Research, Product, Security) to integrate AGI capabilities into consumer applications.
- Drive the migration from traditional NLP to next-generation reasoning engines.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team of ML researchers and engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI products to market.
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, transformer models, and multi-modal learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
