In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready systems. You will lead a high-performance team of engineers tasked with solving complex problems that will define the technological landscape of the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectural frameworks for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating AI and quantum algorithms into core business systems.
- Mentor and cultivate a culture of innovation, high standards, and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with global standards.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and high-availability applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
