Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the Horizon 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging deep learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and AI ethics.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Optimize existing systems for speed and scalability in a production environment.
- Present technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and big data processing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly preferred.
