Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI systems for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure, aligning with business goals and 2026 milestones.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning models to optimize performance and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture and large-scale model training.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using managed services.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
