Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, including architectural patterns for AI agents and LLM integration.
- Design scalable, high-performance infrastructure capable of supporting millions of concurrent AI interactions.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into robust, deployable software solutions.
- Oversee the optimization of deep learning models to ensure real-time latency and accuracy.
- Establish security protocols and compliance standards for sensitive AI data processing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and scale engineering teams.
