Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem, aligning engineering goals with long-term business vision.
System Architecture: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Ethical AI: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade machine learning systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
