- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team, conducting regular code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Cloud Strategy: Define and execute cloud infrastructure strategies across AWS and Azure to optimize costs and enhance reliability.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee system security protocols and ensure compliance with global data protection regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and system design.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- DevOps: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and driving technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
