Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable microservices optimized for high-frequency trading and real-time data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of backend and frontend developers in delivering the 2026 platform roadmap.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and compliance with global standards.
- Design and implement novel algorithms for predictive modeling and machine learning integration.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Demonstrated experience with high-availability distributed systems and Big Data processing.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and system security architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
