Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, balancing innovation with operational stability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of code excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data Science to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive performance optimization strategies to ensure high availability and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges and legacy modernization.
