Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-scale AI systems capable of processing exabyte-level data streams for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, data scientists, and futurists in defining technical vision and execution strategies.
- Implement ethical AI protocols and safety rails for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to optimize algorithms for next-generation neuromorphic chips.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior architects on best practices in distributed systems and cloud computing.
- Define the technical debt roadmap to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or advanced computing environments.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-silicon computing architectures.
- Strong grasp of software security, data privacy, and ethical AI principles.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
