Role Overview
The Lead Architect will be responsible for the technical vision and execution of the 'Year 2026' roadmap, ensuring our platforms are resilient, scalable, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the Year 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect highly scalable, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data ingestion and processing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to implement advanced AI and machine learning models.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and operational excellence in a cloud-native environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make high-level architectural decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
